Sage & Tansy opened its doors in Ione in 2019. We offer a wide variety of classes, services, events, and resources to enhance your physical and emotional well-being, in a casual, friendly, intimate, and inclusive setting. Our experienced and caring instructors and practitioners believe that everyone deserves to feel well, and strive to support you wherever you are on your wellness journey. We are here for you.

Visit Us

Sage & Tansy is located in historic downtown Ione, next to the post office. There is free street parking, as well as two free parking lots within 2 blocks of the studio. The studio is wheelchair accessible, and there is a handicapped parking spot directly in front of the building.
