Movement Studio

  • The S&T Circuit gives you the opportunity to move your body in a wide variety of interesting, functional and challenging ways in a short amount of time. You'll rotate through a series of exercise stations that are carefully selected to improve strength, cardio, balance, mobility, circulation, bone density, and more. Customize your experience—keeping things more gentle and low-impact, or increasing the pace and intensity—based on your unique needs. See you at the Circuit!

  • This class incorporates slow, mindful movement, breathing practices, and guided meditation, to improve focus, body awareness, mind-body connection, flexibility, balance, relaxation, and mobility.

  • Power Flow Yoga (vinyasa) links breath to movement in a series of postures that target the entire body. Benefits of this practice include gains in flexibility, strength, and endurance, as well as an increased sense of awareness and peace of mind. This class will challenge you based on where you are on your journey with yoga, whether it is your first class or five hundredth class.

  • Buti Yoga is a high intensity yoga workout that seamlessly blends Vinyasa yoga, deep core conditioning, and HIIT-style cardio bursts. "Buti" is an ancient Indian Marathi word that means "a cure that has been kept hidden beneath the surface." We'll be shaking and vibrating away emotional tension, as the music bumps and the beat leads the workout. Buti connects people, as we move in unison, vibing together, sweating with intention, and stepping into our power!

  • Let’s get a little weird! This class blends elements of traditional yoga with a funky, creative flow. Expect fun transitions into postures, strength-based movements and something just a little bit different. We will pay close attention to anatomical alignment while celebrating freedom of expression.

  • Experience traditional Pilates movements that utilize strength, grace, alignment, and breathwork, for a challenging yet safe practice. Designed to develop core strength, tone your body, and improve balance, coordination, and posture, this class also incorporates stretching for improved flexibility and mobility.

  • Barre Fusion combines elements of classical ballet, yoga, Pilates, and contemporary dance to help you feel graceful, elegant, and strong. Flow through dynamic movements using supportive props, such as the ballet barre, bender ball, bands, and gliding discs, to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, stamina, and posture. No dance experience necessary!

  • Hoop Blast is a unique and playful class that uses a specialized weighted hula hoop to strengthen the core, improve balance and coordination, get your heart pumping, and bring out your inner child! Capacity is limited due to the space needed for hooping.

  • This exciting class alternates strength exercises to activate every major muscle group (including your core), with dynamic cardio moves. You may see Kickboxing, Strong Nation, MixxedFit, Zumba, Les Mills, and other surprises!

  • Zumba classes are designed to bring people together for joyful movement inspired by Latin and World rhythms. Zumba is often called “exercise in disguise” because it combines several elements of fitness into a fun, high energy, mood-lifting, interactive, dance party. No dance experience is necessary…just come prepared to move your body and feel the beat!

  • Shake things up with Zumba Toning! It's the fun Zumba dance fitness party you know and love, with the added challenge of using Toning Sticks (light hand weights) and targeted choreography to strengthen and tone specific muscle groups.

  • Join us for some fun and carefree "dance therapy"! We'll explore basic fusion bellydance technique, then get movin' and shakin' with some simple follow-along routines. No experience necessary!

  • Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, the BODYPUMP workout will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength, and improve bone health. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
